- Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered if:

    - The item received is damaged.

    - There is a missing item in the order.


*Procedure for Return/Exchange/Refund:*

1. *Unboxing Video*: A complete unboxing video(360°) of the product is compulsory to initiate the return/exchange/refund process. This video should clearly show the product's condition.

2. *Timeframe*: The return/exchange/refund request should be initiated within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.

3. *Contact Us*: Please send an email to [misticjewels.desk@gmail.com] with the subject "Return/Exchange/Refund Request" along with the unboxing video and order details.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange/refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
  •  Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Once all the conditions is fullfiled you get refund within 5-7 working days.

- Please ensure that the product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
